While I was writing The Official Guide to Office Wellness a friend turned me on to the music of Ryan Star. This was before Ryan Star became a household name. Before his appearance on Rockstar Supernova. Before he signed with record label--oh yeah, we don't know about that yet...
One song in particular--so ordinary--contained lyrics that spoke to my soul, with music that still reverberates within my subconscious. I often find myself mouthing the words without even realizing it.
Stop trying to be so...ordinary. Be strong and be brave and...begin your story...
As Ryan wrote on my copy of his CD "Songs from the eye of an elephant": in person it's better.
When I heard that Ryan Star would perform at Edinboro University I knew it would be great. Hundreds of fans came out and were totally blown away by Ryan's music and great personality. It was awesome..
